From thrilling games to star-studded appearances, this month is all about celebrating the sport.

The action kicks off on January 10th with a public skate featuring members of the North Bay Battalion OHL team. This free event invites everyone to join the fun on the ice, offering a chance to meet the team and snap some photos. The event runs from 3:30 to 5 p.m., providing ample time for fans to interact with their hockey heroes.

On January 17th, get ready for a legendary showdown! The Legends Tour NHL Alumni, including Ron and Rich Sutter, Brian Strudland, John LeBlanc, and Bernie Nicholls, will face off against a team of local Mattawa players.
