Billy’s journey began early, with his trusty balance bike as his constant companion. His father, Matthew Pugh, a fellow bike enthusiast, recalls those early days with a smile. "That bike went everywhere with him—even to weddings!" Matthew knew Billy had a spark when, at just 10 years old, he outraced his dad in a downhill competition. "I could see he had something special," Matthew said, reflecting on that pivotal moment.
